Our prices are affordable and sensible because we don’t carry the overheads of shop premises  - we can assure you our items are exactly as described and we ensure photography is as accurate as possible. We can post to you, or elsewhere, with a personalised gift card at no extra cost, and a lovely gift wrapping service is also offered as an 'extra', should you be in a hurry!

How to Shop with Hetty Peglers

When shopping for the first time you'll be asked to register your contact details with us (only once, then you can log back in to your account whenever you want - your contact details never go anywhere else). We will only use your telephone number if there's a problem with your order, or if we need to clarify anything before we despatch it, to ensure we get it right.

The total post and packing cost for you items will show as 'n/a' until you reach the screen where you can opt to have your order delivered to a different address to your own, if you wish. Post costs shown on that screen with your order total are for Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, by weight, including suitable packing materials, plus giftwrap options if you have ordered those.

You will then be linked to our  online secure and safe payment process provided by PayPal,  to simply log into your own existing PayPal account, or create one in a few seconds to pay safely by a card of your choice. We never see your card details. It is as easy as that! Your goods will despatched within 24hrs of payment reaching us (despatch days are Mon - Fri)
